Not content with ‘inventing’ the world wide web, Sir Tim is still at it.
This Post doesn’t really require any introduction.
If you see Sir Tim as the hero that he is then you will want to watch this presentation given to a TED audience in 2009.
Enough said!

Any Government giving us the data should be obliged to leave, on precisely that data node, a link that leads us to all others who, voluntarily, want to disclose they are massaging precisely that same data, and so that all we other interested in precisely that same data, do not have to waste time unnecessarily re-massaging precisely the same data and, most importantly, know the others who belong to precisely the same network of interest.
Governments usually do not want to give out data and so, when they must, they will most probably try to drown us in data, in order to keep us divided… it is in their interest. And, therefore, it is in our vital interest, as citizens, to require from our governments, that the data is given to us in ways that can unite us.
