Too much going on just now!
Jean is still in Asante but hoping to go to rehab in Grants Pass as soon as a bed becomes available.
I, of course, am visiting Jean as often as I can; usually twice a day.
I am also getting the house in shape plus numerous other things.
So my free time to write posts is going to be limited for some time; my son arrives on the 25th June.
So for the next few weeks posts will be on an irregular basis and I am sure you understand.
Take care everyone!
UPDATE
When I went yesterday evening to Asante I was told that Jean will be going to Regency Care in Grants Pass today! 😊
How are her spirits (and yours)?

John, please see my Update just posted. I will be called when Jean’s discharge from Asante is arranged. It has been a tumultuous few days but Jean is very positive. Jean is a very strong person. My guess is that her time at Regency Care will be shorter than normal. The staff at Asante are very good and very helpful.

Jess, thank you so much. As an aside I must say that everyone’s concern means so much to me and they seem like one big family. 😎👌

Hoping you get the good news Jean had been transferred to rehab. Rehab is so important after hip surgery. As you say, she is strong, and she will do well. 🙏💘

Thomas, I am just back from Regency Care. It is a nice place but Jean needs time to settle in; her Parkinson’s was disturbing her. But it will be alright and having Alex with us will be a bonus.

I hope her transfer was comfortable and Jean soon is on the mend and mobile again… Hugs to you both. ❤

Paul, I sent you an email but I wanted to remind you that I am just down the street. I can feed your animals, take them out for a walk around your property and whatever else I can do that you need. I also have a young man who is willing and can do most anything with a good heart and is respectful and reliable. I can only imagine what you’re feeling right now but even if you just want to visit either at your place or mine that would also work for me and perhaps for you. Please give Jeannie a hug from me and visualize my arms around the both of you surrounding you with healing energy. As you said, Parkinson’s is a nasty disease and all the information in the world doesn’t really prepare you for the next steps.

Belinda, we are doing pretty well considering everything but your man able to help out could be most interesting. That would be very helpful and perhaps you can name him and ask him to be in touch.

Belinda, did you send the email to my gmail address? I haven’t used that for some time; since that was instrumental in a nasty scam. My current email address is paulhandover (at sign) pm (dot) me
