We are a humans best friend. We can read your thoughts and moods better than you can possibly realise. In times of worry and fear, we can always try to calm you with an opportunity to give us a back tickle or gently stroke our ears.

Good grief. Made me start crying. I had a poodle when I was a teenager who listened to a lot of teenage angst and was always by my side to lick away my tears and comfort me.
