What is so amazing is not just the puppy choosing the house but that it was videotaped and then posted to YouTube. As you said, Susan, Suzy was meant to be there!

We instinctively know when something is wrong or right, so we make the best choices. The dog knew she would be safer in the house than on the street in her bad (and deteriorating) condition.
