It is sad indeed that trees cannot migrate; and neither can fertile soils. Actually, no, fertile soils can - and do - migrate; and in so doing they pollute the air.

Entropy is an awesome opponent; and it is such a shame that climate change deniers have picked a fight with history and science and lost.

The atmosphere is divided in three big cells, from the equator to the poles, each rotating on itself from convection, each separated from the other by high winds belts.

South of the temperate wind belt are the tropical deserts. That belt is moving north, as the temperate and polar zones warm up, and their convection cells go towards the poles. Impact on local precipitations will vary, depending on the location of local seas and mountains.

It does not look good for the American farm belt, irrigation by hurricane being haphazard and hazardous, just like Washington politics, its small brain progenitor.
